Growing our organization: MASSCreative is hiring
You may have heard – MASSCreative is hiring! And we need your help finding the right people for the job.
To help build on our success over our first three years and to further MASSCreative’s mission to increase support and resources for the creative community to build a more vibrant, healthy, and equitable Commonwealth, MASSCreative will be creating two new staff positions: Deputy Director and Political Director.
MASSCreative's Deputy Director will help the organization build its internal strength and long term viability. Over the next two years, MASSCreative is looking to transform from its current startup mode of operation into an established institution (with an edge of course) that will be here to advocate for the community decades into the future.
In addition, MASSCreative's Political Director will help the organization develop and push through an ambitious advocacy agenda for the sector. Through building stronger relationships with our political leaders and developing partnerships with other advocacy sectors, MASSCreative will increase the impact of the arts and cultural sector in communities all across the Commonwealth.
