The debate will focus on issues affecting the city’s arts and cultural sector including planning and development, cultural tourism, and affordable live/work space. The Cultural Center at Rocky Neck is air conditioned and wheelchair accessible.

Greg Cook is an arts reporter for Boston public radio station WBUR and formerly a reporter for the Gloucester Daily Times. He's also an artist himself. He lived in Gloucester for more than a decade, but unwisely moved away, though he comes back now and then, for example, to participate in the Fishtown Horribles Parade.

Karen & all – I have another commitment this evening at Maritime Gloucester/Schooner Adventure, but hope to make it to the Rock Neck Cultural Center for the tag end of tonight’s Mayoral debate program, if I can squeeze in the door. As a candidate for City Council representing Ward I, I apologize for not being there for the introductions….. Thanks for hosting this great program .
best,
Scott
